The missing city.
The city we are talking about is the prettiest city in the world. This city has not changed in years. If you saw a picture of it that was taken 100 years ago, you could think that it has been taken yesterday. It is one of the most romantic cities on the sea. If you go there in winter, you must wear boots because the principal places are flooded and if yo go there in summer you must wear a hat because there is a lot of sun. Some parts of this city are very grubby because there are rats and all the rubbish is dumped in the sea.
During the carnivals this special city is bustling, everybody is ready to party and to enjoy this time of happiness.
